Phil and Becky founded Lantern Street Media to combine their individual expertise and experience. Becky has an extensive background in marketing and brand management working for Unilever on the Motions Hair Care brand across their UK, France and Holland markets. She has been involved with major international sponsorship events, working with high profile influencers and press from the textured hair industry.

As an experienced Brand Manager, Becky has taken clients from idea generation through to brand launch, including product/ service concept development and marketing launch campaign strategy. For the last 5 years, Becky has also been coaching business owners one-to-one who are launching their passions into a business. Through her signature Brand Alignment Program Becky has brought her knowledge, know-how and kind hearted personality to people wanting to take their business to the next level.
